The customer called us to an overflow in the bathroom sink. The water went through the bathroom and into the basement. We brought in industrial drying fans and a dehumidifier for three days as well as treated the area with an antimicrobial solution to prevent mold growth. They were thrilled we were able to prevent any further damage and it didn't require removing flooring or drywall.
